UNITED KINGDOM: 3-5 working days

EUROPE: 7-14 working days

Shipping is free.

We aim to deliver domestic and international parcels within the stipulated time, please note that this may vary depending on the efficiency of the delivery service in your country.

We are a company based in the United Kingdom and Romania, therefore all parcels with international destination are handed over from Royal Mail to the delivery service of the country of destination.

If you live in a more remote area (outside the city), this may cause delays.

LOGERAX TRADING is not responsible for the loss or destruction of the parcel by the delivery company, as we have no control over them.

Books available in PDF format will be sent directly to your email address.

RETURN

We pride ourselves on the fact that our products are always properly packaged, in order to reach our customers in optimal conditions.

However, we can only offer refunds if the product is damaged on arrival, so we therefore do not offer refunds or exchanges in other circumstances.

If your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team.

Please include your order number and photo evidence of the damage in your email so we can send you a replacement.

PDF books are non-returnable and will be sent as a file to you at the email address provided.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel an order, please email our support team within one hour of placing your order.

We cannot cancel any orders after this time.

BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

If you breach these terms and conditions in any way, or if we reasonably suspect that you have breached these terms and conditions in any way, we may:

-temporarily suspend access to our server
